What do you do when you find yourself lost and trapped in a crowded shelter?

Despite his predicament, Frodo has kept his spirits up and has let everyone see how perfect he is. His hopes are that rescue will come and free him of the confines of a crowded shelter. This low rider is the perfect size and he has a wonderful temperament. His biggest problem is that he is stuck in a full shelter and unable to show people his true potential.

The shelter he is currently in is completely full and Frodo needs to be moved out ASAP. We want to help this perfect low rider get a new chance at life.

Will you help him on his journey? Frodo is out of time and looking for a helping hand.
