The Clinic in Afghanistan needs you! Please help as much as you can. With the developments in the past few days in regards to Covid-19 virus these emergency funds will help with the extra dogs and cats that are at the clinic and in boarding.
The mission of the Kabul Small Animal Rescue is to provide high quality, loving care to animals in Afghanistan and to vet and board the rescues for Puppy Rescue Mission while they are in Afghanistan. We provide veterinary care, boarding, and transportation of animals to their final homes in the states. With 25 employees, all our animals get lots of playtime everyday, freshly cooked food, and medical care, and our staff is constantly cleaning up after them to keep the facility hygienic. We have been preparing for dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, purchasing more food, needed medical supplies, and training staff on their own health concerns, but we still need help. Our funding has plummeted since the start of the pandemic and we are really strapped for the cash we need to continue caring for the animals, with rising costs in medical supplies and food. We currently have about 60 dogs and 20 cats, some with daily medical needs. We work our hearts out for these animals and give loving care to each one. With other clinics in town closing, we are still operational and working long days to give everyone the care they need, and we need your help.
