And Now We Need a Bunny Barn! 

 

 

 

 

Rabbitats new Langley property, purchased with our Kindred Village partners, is gorgeous!

 

The property, at 259th Street and 28th Avenue in Langley, is just under five acres. While we only have a small percentage, it will be perfect as a much-needed forever bunny sanctuary. 

It can also be a showcase to encourage those with the space to consider a rescue rabbit colony. 

What we need...

  There is a wonderful shed on the property, but the inspector says it should be rebuilt.

We’re also looking to build at least one perfect rabbit enclosure to demonstrate colony rescue.

Donations of cash as well as materials and labour from skilled trades are all needed! 

 

This campaign will help pay for:

  • Construction Materials (including framing, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, fencing and more).
  • Permits
  • Skilled labour
  • General Labour (for what our wonderful volunteers cannot do themselves)

$50,000 is just the base - anything over and above will go toward more much-needed colony space.

We’re also looking to build at least one perfect rabbit enclosure to demonstrate colony rescue.
