Unfortunately our entire building was just cited by the Fire Marshall for not being up to code. The landlord has not updated the c/o's for the entire shopping center and the fire system is not up to date. We have to move the cats by 9am Mon 4/4

On 3/30 they said it was an easy fix and we were fine... but on 3/31 they said unfortunately the fire system is outdated and all the stores in our strip have to be updated by the landlord and may need to close if things are not repaired soon. We feel bad for them, 1 tenant had just moved in.

We set the goal to cover security deposit, temporary housing, care for the cats while they are in temporary spaces (as they can no longer share some supplies since they are not together), legal fees, the costes of this fundrazr, and the cost to move and rebuild everything.

Until we get back our security deposit we are in a bit of a pickle. We hope we raise enough soon to secure something fast. We are going to temporarily house the cats elsewhere until we sort this out.
