Dachshund Rescue South Florida hasn't added a story.

There is no rest in rescue and this Memorial Day Weekend a plea went out from Miami Dade Animal Services for a little senior girl desperately in need of help. 

She came to the shelter in deplorable condition with a 10CM mass on her abdomen, and if that is not heart breaking enough, she also presented with a heart murmur, covered in ticks, and a mouth full of rotten teeth.  

We have no way of knowing how long it has taken her to deteriorate into this condition, but when we saw her photo, we knew we had to help.  

Laura raced to get her late yesterday afternoon and we have named her Bianca.  She went immediately to Dr Weiner at Veterinary Specialists South Florida and we should have more on her condition later this AM. 

In the mean time, we need to get to work on raising the funding necessary to cover Bianca's care.  Would you consider a donation of any size to her fund? Even if you are not able to donate, we still invite you to leave her a message of love and support!
