At some time he had a home and somebody loved him. At some time, there was a mass that started to grow on his tummy and somebody chose not to do anything about it. The mass got bigger and bigger and it started to hang off of him. Still, somebody chose not to do anything about it. There was a little lump on his ear, and this sweet boy got no medical care. Ultimately he ended up at the shelter with an ulcerated mass hanging off of him with only one way out of the shelter.
We are that only way out and we could not fail him.
We placed our hold at the shelter, told them to get him ready, and the Pambulance was en route down to Miami to get him and get the sweet boy we named Fred to Dr. Moore at Broward Veterinary Specialists to get that mass off of him as quickly as possible.
Dr. Moore got Fred right in and looked at....there is the obvious mass hanging off of him which needs to come off, and Dr. Moore isn't too sure about the mass on his ear which looks suspect too.
Fred will go to surgery tomorrow and we are back to ask your generosity and support to make another 2nd chance possible. You have helped us help so many already in 2020, and today Fred needs us to be his safety net. We will keep going as long as you make it possible and Fred thanks everyone in advance for being there for him when he needs help the most!
