Chesterina came to DRSF when her Mom and Dad's house was foreclosed on and they could no longer keep her.  They loved her very much, and in spite of Cheterina going down 4 years ago, they loved her and stood by her through her injury even through they were not able to provide her surgery or rehab that she needed to have a chance to walk again.  She got around by scooting and in the process managed to "scoot off" a couple of her toes along the way.

We promised to Chesterina's family when she came to us that we would do everything that we could to help her walk again, and thus she is visiting with Dr. Wong at Southeast Veterinary Neurology, will be starting rehab with Dr. Loeser and if need be, will get a custom set of wheels from our friends at Eddie's Wheels.

We want to give Chesterina every chance to be a ballerina and dance and fly as every little girl deserves.  Will you help us fund her care and get her some wheels?
