HI. My dog Leo started his chemotherapy 6 weeks ago at Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle in Lynnwood. When Leo was diagnosed with Lymphoma 2 months ago the decision was very easy to make, he is part of our family, of course I would do everything I could to help him. The same as I would for any member of our crew. And no, I don't have thousands of dollars or actually any money in my savings at all. It has been a struggle for sure. I am newly divorced, about two years ago, after a lifetime together. I am a single mom to 5 kids, 3 teenagers and a pre-teen living at home. I work full time as a receptionist at a veterinary clinic and make enough to pay for two weekly treatments for Leo in a month total. So 3/4 goes on my credit cards, which are almost maxed out. Life is hard. 

I drive Leo once a week to Lynnwood from Arlington on my day off, for his treatment. But none of that matters because with all our love and prayers, HE IS NOW IN REMISSION! In two more weeks, he will drop down to every other week treatments, with 4 months left of chemo. I pray that he will stay strong, I need him more than ever. He has always been there for me, making me feel safe and loved when no one else did. All I can do is give him all my love and support back. I'm reaching out and asking for help. I desperately need assistance with the bills because soon I won't have even a line of credit to keep pulling from. If you could please help me and my kids and my Leo cover some of the chemotherapy costs I would be forever grateful.
