We have a stray family that came up on our radar.

Three pitties: Two females and one male, were wandering the streets in Brazil together.

An elderly lady has been keeping her eye on them.

One of the females was pregnant and ended up having six puppies. When this happened, the elderly lady was so worried for them, she brought all nine into her home!

She is living in the poor part of Brazil and doesn't have enough money to feed them.How brave she is, when some have so much and look the other way and she did the scariest thing and helped them.

Our Rescue friends, as usual, are bursting at the seams. Taking on 9 dogs in one swoop is scary for them too, but in honor of this wonderful senior lady, they had to step in.

The three adults are very sweet and of course, the puppies are adorable.

All are at the rescue vets and unbelievably, all have a foster home to go to!

This was a stroke of luck! Some good Karma must be around these babies.

Now the hard part- they have been on the streets for a while. There will for sure be health issues. One of the females has a tumor in her private area.

Testing has to occur for all three adults and the puppies; not to mention all will need spay and neuter.

This rescue is going to be a costly one and everyone is holding their breath, with the sheer scope of this rescue.
