Well when they say cats have 9 lives they MUST have been thinking of our little Afghanistan kiity cat "AIR".

We have all watched this little cat and its furry sibling "Bella"  escape Afghanistan on our #MissionPossible flight February 1, 2022,  arrive safely into Vancouver and get reunited with their owner who fortunately came to Canada as well. 

We continue to care for "Air" until her owner is established in their own home and transitioned into their new life ...but ugh.. look at "Air's" right eye!  

Off to the bestest ophthalmologist Dr Pearce at our awesome partners at Vancouver Animal Emergency and Referral Clinic  we went and learned that this eye injury is:

1) very bad

2) very complicated

and 3) mandatory 

But we know she will live her best life ever once this is done but at the cost of $ 5, 443. 58 and $ 6, 804. 48 in Canadian dollars so we are reaching out to our followers to help us navigate through this surgery which thank goodness is this week April 6, 2022.
