We need your help! Sophie has been in foster for a while and her bills are mounting. Please help if you can, every penny counts and we are so grateful for any donation. 

Sophie's story started off sad. She was dumped as a tiny puppy, just 4 weeks old. Sirius dog sanctuary took her in and cared for her. Always hoping some day someone would see how amazing she was and ask to adopt her. Years past, 7 long years Sophie waited for her chance. CY2UK and Sirius decided her time had come and began a campaign to find her family. A family came forward in the UK and we all thought Sophie was finally going home. Sadly the story doesn't end here for Sophie. She flew to the UK but very quickly it was clear that she was overwhelmed and struggling to adjust to being in a busy home. The family wasn't able to cope and Sophie was back in kennels. She settled quickly but a cage is not a home so we didn't give up. It took a couple of months but Sirius found a suitable foster home to take Sophie. Sophie is doing well. She has her quirks and still needs some time but she has learnt to settle, accept and even enjoy her new life. She is happy in her foster home and is getting to enjoy home comforts that she has never felt before. While Sophie is a foster dog we have to cover all of her expenses. Sophie is a leish positive dog so the expenses are higher than usual and we don't have an income to cover them. We need to raise £850 to cover her kennel fees, vet bills and food so far.
