Hello everyone,

I’m writingm writing today with an urgent plea for help. Earlier this week, I found a stray tortoiseshell cat—now named Tortie—in devastating condition. Both of her eyes were infested with maggots, and she was so weak that she couldn't move or even lift her head.

My heart broke seeing her suffer like that. I immediately took her to the vet, where they confirmed the severity of her condition. The maggots had caused extensive damage, and she is extremely malnourished and dehydrated. She needs emergency surgery to remove the remaining maggots, treat the infection, and address her eye injuries. Without immediate treatment, she won’t survive.

Tortie has already shown such a gentle spirit despite all she's been through. With proper treatment, she has a real chance at recovery and eventually finding a loving home.

I’m reaching out to ask if you can help me give Tortie the second chance she deserves. Any donation—no matterno matter how small—will make a difference. If you're unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean the world to us too.
