At our partner shelter in rural Guatemala, more than 400 animals are being cared for. With so many rescues, every case is a challenge. Right now, we are helping with the treatment of several cats and dogs who need urgent care.
Our goal is to raise $450 to cover their medications, treatments, and clinical supervision.
✨ Meet Our Fighters:

Julissa (adult senior, 40 lbs): She began losing the fur on her tail. The vet diagnosed flea allergy and treated her with a special pipette.

Eugenio & Flor (3-month-old kittens, 4 lbs): Abandoned outside the shelter, both received leukemia tests to secure their future health.

Israel & His Mom (adult + baby kittens): Also abandoned at the door in a bag. Both received leukemia tests.

Tomasa (adult, 50 lbs): Fighting a fungal infection—she’s receiving medicated baths.

Kiwi (4 years old, 35 lbs): He was severely underweight and had diarrhea. After deworming, antidiarrheal medication, and weeks of supervised care at our clinic, he is finally gaining strength.

Colibrí, Paloma & Golondrina (puppies, 10 lbs each): Lost fur due to fungal infections, treated with medicated baths.

Príncipe (kitten, 3 lbs): Tested for leukemia and treated for diarrhea.

Seca (adult, 38 lbs): Months of medicated baths are needed before her fur grows back.

Bellota (6 years old, 35 lbs): Like Seca, she needs months of fungal treatment before her coat begins to return.

Jade & Zafiro (kittens, 5 lbs each): Abandoned outside the shelter in a bag, both tested for leukemia.

Parasite treatments, antidiarrheals, and special nutrition plans.

Weeks of supervised veterinary care at the refuge clinic.
