The number of cats in shelters or that need homes is on the rise. As many as 70% of cats are euthanized in shelters and about 80% of them are healthy and treatable! (Source: Humane Society) We want to aid in the continuation of finding loving homes for the 80% to reduce this senseless number!
Frabjous Catfé has been created out a passion for a greater good. The café aspires to provide a relaxing atmosphere for the community to enjoy spending some time with a furry friend, a beverage and snack, or maybe even a yoga class for those looking to join us as a sanctuary to unwind and feel the love from a cat that maybe you can't have at home. Spending time with animals is known to lower depression and anxiety. In today's times, this is a benefit to the community, because who doesn't need to feel more relaxed!
In partnership with a local rescue organization, Paws For Life, playful, clever and affectionate kitties will be able to call Frabjous Catfé home while in search of their furever family. This will allow further visibility to the public in order to give these adorable cats another opportunity to find their person and aid in the decrease in euthanasian numbers here in North Carolina.
How can we achieve the euthanasian reduction goal? With your help! The impact of your support allows us to open the doors and give these animals food, shelter and another chance for a loving home and an environment for the local community to enjoy. In exchange for being a donor, we will promise to to reward your support within the tier level of your choice and keep you updated in the latest progress that the café is making for you to see the ongoing positive results of your donation.
