My beloved chihuahua Romy urgently needs your help. At just under 2kg and turning 6 this July, this tiny fighter is facing a serious dental crisis that could threatens her life.

The Emergency

Romy suffers from advanced periodontal disease that has already caused her to lose many teeth and endure significant pain for months. Recently, a dental abscess has weakened her jawbone, creating a critical situation. Without immediate specialized treatment, she faces:

• Potential jaw fracture within weeks
• Risk of life-threatening septicemia
• Continued severe pain and difficulty eating

A Special Girl with Special Needs

Romy is the center of my life. She joins me on all my adventures and travels, bringing her sociable, joyful, and incredibly affectionate personality everywhere we go. Despite her tiny size, she has the biggest heart and makes friends wherever she meets.

What makes her situation even more complicated is that she has a suspected shunt condition, making it difficult for her kidneys to filter toxins properly. This creates serious challenges for anesthesia during surgery. Recently, she's experienced episodes that could be epilepsy or small strokes. The vet will try to figure that out once the dental emergency and fracture have been dealt with.

Despite these challenges, I love her so so deeply and cannot imagine her life could be ended so soon. She's so young and has so much joy left to give. She deserves every chance at a healthy, pain-free future.

Why I Need Your Support

I've never asked for financial support before in my whole life, but the total amount needed is beyond my means. I need to raise $5,000 for her specialized dental treatment, as I'm already investing $3,500 of my own money before April. I'm going to save every penny until she's healthier.

After consulting with several veterinary clinics, I've learned that her case requires specialized equipment and expertise due to both her dental condition and her complex medical history. Today I have to ask for help to ensure that Romy receives the vital care she so desperately needs.
