For years, I have dedicated myself to helping dogs in need.
When my own dog, Ariel, required urgent veterinary care, I faced
overwhelming financial hardship. I experienced firsthand how quickly
medical bills can place loving pet owners in an impossible
position—forced to choose between saving their dog and their own
financial survival.
That moment changed everything for me and
revealed how urgently a safety net is needed for families who want to
do the right thing but lack the resources.
As the administrator of the Facebook group Dogs Matter
Rescue Adopt Foster Share , I’ve built a network of passionate
animal lovers, connecting rescues, shelters, and pet owners. I’ve also
personally pledged funds to help pull dogs from shelters and give them
a second chance at life. These experiences have shown me just how many
animals are in urgent need of support—and how much a caring community
can make a difference.

Now, I am ready to take the next step by launching the
Hope Paws Support Fund as a nonprofit organization. Our
mission is to reduce animal suffering and promote animal welfare by:
- Providing financial assistance for veterinary and medical care to low-income pet owners and animal rescue organizations.
- Supporting the rescue and placement of dogs from shelters across the United States.
We are currently raising $2,800 to cover:
- Initial setup costs for the Hope Paws Support Fund so we can operate transparently and sustainably. We already applied for EIN:41-4118400, but there is still significant work to be completed.
- Emergency veterinary bills for dogs at risk of being surrendered or euthanized.
- Pull fees, transport, and basic care for shelter dogs moving into foster or rescue.
Every donation—big or small—goes directly to helping
dogs in crisis and the people trying to save them. Your
gift could mean the difference between a dog receiving life‑saving
surgery or being put down due to lack of funds.
I will share regular updates, photos, and stories, so you can
