Loki and Lisa were both found as strays by the Animal control. The two are so different yet with the same  heartbreaking story.

Their bodies are skeletons and one of the definitely most severe neglect and starvation cases we have faced so far.  They have been alone for weeks probably even months depraved of any food or water that is a true miracle they managed to survive by now.

Rescuers raced to meet animal control and get them to receive immediate medical care. When we approached them hey were  so excited to finally have human contact and kind touch but at the same time they were traumatized and shivering .The rescuers took them into their arms in a big fluffy towel because their bodies were so fragile.

Both of them need immediate  hospitalization where they are going to be put  on IV fluids and antibiotics with 72 hour care for the next several days until they stabilize.

Food will need to be slowly reintroduced into their bodies.

Both of them are as well Parvo positive so if the initial treatment goes as planed and we manage to recover their bodies they will need a Parvo treatment therapy.

The expenses for the needs of both of them are pretty high and as we hope for a sponsor to come along we are forced in the meantime to organize a funds collecting as any kind of contribution atm is crucial for their survival.

They deserve this second chance  and they can still live long and get all the love they have been denied.
