The Dharma Wheel Hermitage is aspirational no longer!  We have signed the final papers, paid the down payment - and received the sale documents for the land pictured above. Approx. 2 acres just north of Alturas, California. We paid a mere $5000.00 USD for this gorgeous piece of paradise, and we have a twenty year note which makes the payments just $75.00 USD per month tax and HOA included.

 

This is our Land Fund, with the aim of paying off this note in a far shorter time than 20 years. The posted goal of the fund is the total purchase price of $5000.00, and every penny donated will go straight to paying off the loan. When the goal is reached, the land will be completely paid for.

 

Any donation of $300.00 or more and you can be designated as a "Founder" of the Dharma Wheel Hermitage. Founders will have their names on a permanent plaque in the prayer hall, will be acknowledged on the website - and possibly have their names inscribed elsewhere on the Hermitage property.
