Nikita Fuss hasn't added a story.

A lot of you know Piglet. You know she is the happiest sweetest most loving girl. She just wants to say hi to everyone and needs to be the center of attention, you know she will give a big "awoooo wooo" if you haven't said hi or given her a butt scratch. She loves to snuggle with her 2 legged brother and is attached to her mom's hip with concrete. She loves playing outside and just the brightest lover dog ever.

Last month Piglet stopped being herself she started sleeping all the, she didnt want to play much and if she did it was very short spurts and she was worn out afterwards, she stopped snuggling and didnt want to be touched almost as if it hurt her to be touched, she started losing mobility and would growl at her two legged brother for just touching her which shes never done before. I took her to her normal vet did a full panel blood test and several other test for them to tell me she has non hodgkins lymphoma cancer and refer me to an oncologist which I was working on financial assistance with applying for grants and anything I could so I could get her a second opinion as I've been told you cant come to an exact diagnosis with the test that were done her. I felt off about the vet visit something just wasn't right.

Fast forward to this weekend. Friday she started getting an upset stomach, eating grass, not playing at all, not being able to lift herself up to go potty. She was still eating and drinking up until saturday night when she went outside to throw up and to me seems to be what I thought was a seizure, she threw up went stiff fell over and started drooling and convulsing. She hopped up like nothing happened which was the fastest she had moved in weeks she just became more tired then already sleeping all the time and she would take a few steps and lay down struggle to get up if not needing help take a few more steps and lay back down till she made it inside. She stopped eating and stopped getting up by herself completely so I rushed her to the emergency room where they were so awesome. They ran so many tests on her and determined she did not have any signs of cancer at all but something was really going on with her heart. Her heart rate should be nothing higher then 60-100 at any given time even full on active. She was having serious arrhythmia and her heart rate was 150 spiking upwards of 250 just resting for no reason at all literally laying there sleeping. She was either going to have a heart attack or just drop drop dead. She does have a heart murmur and has for years that we check regularly every 6 months as advised but has never been an issue before. Her vomiting wasn't directly correlated to whatever is happening with her heart but the seizure was diagnosed as syncope so that's a plus. They immediately referred us to a cardiac specialist at Evolution where she underwent extensive tests, a 24 hour heart monitor and came to the conclusion her heart wasn't getting enough blood at all causing her heart rate to spike so high and work so hard to get the blood she needed with arrhythmia followed by nausea and syncope (fainting or passing out episodes) but NO CANCER at all. She has been officially diagnosed with Congenital Aortic Stenosis. Yes she was born with it and it was never an issue before or never caught with the multiple vet visits before because it sounds like a murmur but could just be becoming a problem due to her getting older. Aortic Stenosis is lack of blood flow from the aorta into the heart caused by the aorta band/ring tightening or getting harder. They put her on a beta blocker called atenolol which slows her heart rate down so now after over a month of vets and concern and heart break and stress and a lot of money we know what's going on and she has now been on medicine for 24 hours and she is getting back to happy loving friendly self slowly but surely.  We are still not out of the woods yet they would like to run one more test that I cant afford at all and with the new medication slowing her heart down she needs to be closely monitored and her heart rate checked frequently. If she has another episode of passing out I need to take her to the emergency room immediately which is also something I have absolutely no funds to do so if needed. Im asking for your help with paying off the credit cards I have maxed out getting her help to allow me to provide further help to her and have emergency funding during this time if needed and I can show proof of the bills if asked I have no problem doing that at all. Her vet visit where I originally took her with these concerns over 3 weeks ago where she was misdiagnosed with cancer was on my care credit at $628.37, her emergency vet visits was on my care credit at $796.63 and the specialist was (total $1010) I paid what I had left on my care credit at $375 plus my sons dad helped me pay another $635.31 on his care credit so that I could bring her home and not relinquish my rights to her to get her the help she needed.

Evolution specialty care and emergency veterinary clinic the initial visit was $695 plus tests and anything else and I explained to them what we've been through the last month and my personal health the last few years with cancer, liquid build up on my brain and my eye issues and that I just dont know how to come up with that as im tapped financially but I needed to get her help as soon as I can but the fact that I cannot bring her back home until I pay for the initial visit or I have to relinquish my rights to her so she can get proper treatment would cause me to habe to do an economical euthanize instead of helping her. I had maxed out my care credit with the initial miss diagnosed appointment and this emergency visit, I had already applied for a higher limit I was just waiting for a response, I had applied for grants and everything I could think of for financial assistance to help her but none of that is immediate and I needed to help her as soon as I could it was an emergency and i couldnt lose my girl and explain to my son hes has to lose his best friend cause I cant afford to keep help her and they worked with me to get her the help and test she needed to diagnose her. And my sons dad stepped up to help her with the remainder of what I couldn't to get her immediately seen so I owe him a lot now to on top of needing a way to continue to help her with this last test and having an emergency back up for her until we get out of this rough patch. Everyone that meets Piglet loves her and she loves them, everyone that knows Piglet knows she is the definition of unconditional love. Everyone that knows us and my son knows how much we love her and how much she means to us, we would do anything for her but would never let her suffer. I hate begging for money so this is really hard for me to do and say but please please please help my best girl, my rock, my emotional support dog and please help Cooper with his first best friend and his ride or die protector. We need to be able to continue to help her because it just isnt her time to go yet and if it was I would truly wish I had the emergency funds to do that here in the comfort of her own home where she is surrounded by love and not scared. Im not ready to lose my girl she has literally got me through the worst years of my life and im doing my best to get her through her worst I just need some help. Any recommendations or anything I can apply for is greatly appreciated as well. Please help me pay for this so I can continue giving her the best care possible and have my emergency funds available like I had before. Im also beyond willing to pay anyone back for the help in piercings or anything like cleaning, organizing or odd jobs as soon as I possibly can its just been the hardest 6 months financially with everything that's been going on with my old shop and having to open my new shop which I might actually lose now too and my medical issues im just tapped and dont have the funds accessible at this current moment for this emergency, it should have never been an emergency in the first place if she was diagnsoed correctly the first time and I wouldn't be having to beg for help. But if you know me you also know My son Cooper and my honey girl Piglet are my family and my family is what makes my world go around, it my main priority in life to give them the best lives possible I would do anything for them including putting my pride aside and begging for finacial help to make sure they are cared for and loved unconditionally. I cant thank you enough for even just reading this long story but Thank you for donating, thank you for sharing if you can't donate I know it's financially hard for everyone right now which make it even harder for me to post this and if you can't donate and dont want to share just the positive thoughts and energy even prayers if that's your thing are beyond appreciated right now. THANK YOU!!!

Im only begging for help with the initial cost of everything so I habe the means to provide further care and not have more monthly debt with the insane interest that I just cant pay without screwing others over, losing my shop I just opened and losing everything ive worked so hard for the last 6 months including my car. If I hopefully by chance get financial grant/help/ assistance from here on out I will gladly pay back donations if I can. I will keep everyone updated through this fundraiser or if you donate I will update everyone who personally donates. And again willing to pay you back with piercings or odd jobs too Im just trying anything possible to get help and this is my very last resort.

Thank you again guys! Much love from Kita, Cooper and our best girl Piglet!
