We have an urgent situation on a tiny, 7 week old little kitten. He's actually less than a pound. It's another depressing story, we are sorry to have to share here. Another act of inhumanity.
It's depressing and sad. One of our independent rescue friends found a tortia cucumber box, near to her work. The box had tape that was sealing it. Left by the side of a building in the searing heat. Inside were three tiny adorable kittens. Whoever did this, thought they would die in the heat. They gave them no chance.
But as it happens, this sorry excuse for a human being was foiled. Not only were they found, but a rescuer was the one that found them. Their guardian angel had them in the vets in no time at all.
All will survive, but one of the kitties had a piece of string tied tight around it's leg. Look at the cute little face of this less than a pound little sweetie. God knows what delight the sicko got out of this but it's plain to see this individual is evil to the bone.
They have named this dear little kittie, Cucumber. A bit of an odd name but it kinda suits him. Cucumber's foot is bulging as you see in the picture. It's about 3 times the size of his other little paws. We would like to try and save the leg.
There is hope as there is still feeling in the paw. As you can see, this dear little kittie, is the prettiest little thing. It would be great if he was able to live his life with four legs.
