Hi my name is  LILLY, I'm 12 yrs old and I am my mom service dog. I just found out I had diabetes and my mom about lost me I was in the hospital for 4 days. I am home currently but have doctor appointments every week to check my levels as we are still trying to get my insulin at the correct dose. I am at 5 units a day, twice daily and can only have prescription diet dog food and treats (can be ordered online or buy at the vet office). I am allowed chicken breast and chicken livers sometimes. I am in need of help due to my mommy being disabled and filing for disability as well as recovering from a broken hip so my mommy currently has no income and if something happens to me she would be devastating. We have no family to help so it's just mommy and I. My hospital bill is 1000.00 which I still owe, and mommy needs help with buying syringes, insulin, wet and dry dog food, treats, and pee pads cause I'm having trouble holding going to potty outside so been using pads. I would be much appreciated if you could find it in your hearts to help me so I can live longer. Mommy would be so happy if there was a package at my door with my medical stuff or supplies I need, she is worried about me as I am her best friend and companion. If you have any questions you need answered in order to help me I would glady answer. Jesus says ask and you shall receive and we put all our faith in him.
