Hi, my name is  Tania, and together with my husband  Omar, we’re about to make a lifelong dream come true:  moving from Peru to Spain  to continue our professional education and build a better future. We are both engineers and have been admitted to apply for master’s degrees in Spain.

But this new beginning wouldn’t be complete without our two faithful companions:  Cosme and Balto, our beloved dogs, each weighing about  32 kg (70 lbs). We’ve had them since they were three-month-old puppies, and now, at  8 years old, they are seniors. Through the years, they’ve brought us joy, comfort, and love — they are not just pets; they are  our family.

Due to their age, they have developed a few health conditions common in senior dogs. Their veterinarian has confirmed they are healthy enough to travel, but they must do so with proper care and with  us waiting for them  at the destination to ensure their emotional and physical well-being.

We’re set to travel in  August 2025, and we must prepare and cover all costs in advance for their  international air transport to Madrid. These costs include:

• Extra-large  L120 travel kennels  (required due to their size)

• International veterinary documentation and permits

• Customs brokerage services

• Air cargo logistics and handling

The total cost exceeds  $12,700 USD, which we are unable to cover on our own. This campaign is dedicated  exclusively to raising funds for Cosme and Balto’s safe relocation  — not for our personal travel or living expenses.

With time running out, we are reaching out with open hearts.  Any donation — big or small — or simply sharing this campaign can make a world of difference.

They need us. And we need them.
We want  Cosme and Balto to be part of this new chapter, with us, in Vigo — where we’ll continue building our dreams,  together.
