Help Save The Innocent
We basically try to take money and help others as much as we can and a huge part of our lives is our animals. We have a total of 5 dogs and 6 cats and that's not including the ones we help on the way.
The Ones We Protect
-
Gina: Our neighbor dog makes 6 dogs. Our neighbor lives else where but allows us to go in and take care of his doggo who's by herself we go in and make sure she's got fresh water and lots of love. Her name is Gina and she’s the sweetest doggo I’ve met that’s a “guard dog.”
-
Angel: Our first rescue doggo was a little yorkie mix named Angel. She followed one of our house mates home and we tried to find where her home was but we had no luck. She had a ton of ticks and flea’s on her. My husband (Mikey) sat down and picked each and every one of the ticks off of her and thankfully she didn’t have any health issues other than she needed a bowl of food.
-
Matti: Next rescue dog was a big doggo named Matti we got him through mutal friends an elderly lady that couldn’t take care of him anymore he had a little behaviour issues but he fit right into our little family. He became happy and loved by all of us here!
-
Nasiya: Then our last one we have is a Melionise mix named Nasiya. She had been attacked by her father which we nursed her back to health soon after. She just had a bit of a wound on her belly which she made it through with antibiotics and lots of rest and love. It’s no supprise she is a foster fail, she won our hearts over with just being cute.
-
Maxi: Then there’s Maxi, he’s a wild child and loves to run around like crazy and be hyper. He’s also very playful and loving!
The Cats Who Found Their Voice
-
Kat: Speaking of a little loved, we next rescued a little cat we named lily but now we call her Kat. We spent countless hours trying to get her trust, she was very feral so we had a bit of work on our hands. Now she spends every morning yelling at Mikey for food.
-
Bella Rose: After that came a little girl named Bella Rose, she had a lot of health problems she had mites, flea’s, and more. We actually missed the ear mites and didn’t realize it till it was to late that she couldn’t reach her ear and she ended up tearing a hole in her eye. We rushed her to the vet only to realize we had more work to do on her, we spent hours on her making sure she didn’t scratch her eye anymore. She spend lots of hours in her little cone and a puppy sweater.
-
Oreo: We have a bit of others we have the most vocal cat named Oreo. She was resuced in the back yard with a few other kittens that have their own homes now. Oreo is a butter fiend and she’ll steal your heart and your butter!
-
Leo: We have Leo, him and his sister was resuced from a dog attack but sadly his sister didn’t make it she was later burried in the back yard of one of our old houses. May she rest in peace. Leo loves spending his days lounging around but if its bed time or food time, you better bet he’s going to be telling you all about it.
-
Eli and Hannibal: 2 of our family cats named Eli and Hannibal both rescued strays little Eli has found comfort with a nice pile of fluffy clothes in a basket while the other has taken over the kitchen waiting for the snacks.
-
Scooter: Lastly our cat brothers, Mister and Scooter, and their beloved sister, Macy.
In Loving Memory
"He’s up there waiting for us. Along with our other beloved animals we lost: Bojangles, Macy, Precious, Zabo, Rachel, Emerald, Azul, Braveheart, and Cheeto."
Mister was a very frisky cat he loved to tell you all
about it. He was very spicey, he got out of the gate one day though
and lost nerve feelings for his back legs. He lived for a year like
that but due to medical complications, he is no longer with us. These
are all babies that have impacted us greatly.
Our current friends we say hi to: 2 older dogs that's right up
the road we call the old men. Franky who is a tiny little guy with a
big attitude. Next to us is a few dogs that are so adorable (some we
don't know the names of)
Our Dream for the Future
We lost some pretty sweet little ones but we still have some very sweet babies that need some medical attention, food needs, special diets for the older ones, bedding for these babies and others that are around us, and much more to be found.
We are just a small house that really loves animals for now but my dream is to be able to help more and more animals that we see around us. I want to make an impact and save more animals, I know I can’t save them all but I sure want to try and it starts with the help of others so we can help them.
