It's gone

Governor came to BENCHS as a very sick and emaciated stray, suffering from a ruptured eye and broken teeth. In just two and a half weeks he has already gained over 1 lb., but he now needs surgery on February 26th.

We are here because we said yes when others said no, & then a roof failed. Right now, we are actively managing water damage from a roof failure & burst pipe while continuing full daily operations. At the same time, we are covering ongoing medical & care.

Jim’s beloved Bird is the first resident of Dante’s Paradise Animal Sanctuary. Jim and Bird were best friends and companions for over 20 years. Please help Jim to keep his promise to Bird of a lifetime of love, care, and stability. Thank you, Theresa
